Ironton has re-signed popular striker Eusebio Da Silva after the big target man enjoyed a good second-half to last season with WGC, having joined from Essex Senior League Barking.
An additional midfielder has been added in the form of Charlie Payne, son of former Watford, Barnet and Peterborough midfielder Derek Payne. The left-sided player has previous experience at Hitchin, Barton and Baldock.
The third newcomer to Herns Lane is winger Jean-Paul Antwi, who has formerly seen service with Wealdstone, Northwood and Uxbridge.
Antwi was recruited after impressing in WGC’s fine display against a full-strength MK Dons line-up last week, which resulted in a 1-0 victory for the newly promoted League 1 side.
